Loaded oatmeal cookie hearts

What happens if we bake oatmeal cookie dough inside heart-shaped silicone moulds? Well, we get super cute and super chewy loaded oatmeal cookie hearts!! Also, if you turn the picture 45 degrees they totally look like a four-leaf clover, am I right? So I hope these cookies will bring us some luck because this year we all really need it. If you are interested in baking only 4 super easy chewy and delicious oatmeal cookies you can check out the recipe below (I adapted it from the amazing Sally's Baking addiction) INGREDIENTS: 29g soft butter 25g granulated sugar 25g dark brown sugar 30ml beaten egg* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 45g all purpose flour 10g rolled oats 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/8 teaspoon salt 65g crushed peanuts M&M's* 22g chocolate chips DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a heart-shaped silicone mould on a baking tray. In a bowl cream together soft butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with the electric mixer or a stand mixer. Add beaten egg and vanilla extract and keep beating until combined. Leave the mixer and add gradually the flour, rolled oats, baking soda and salt and mix with a rubber spatula until combined. Finally add chocolate chips and crushed peanuts M&M's until incorporated (The dough will be sticky so if it’s too sticky to handle, chill in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes). Divide the mixture evenly into 4 silicone hearts. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Let them cool completely in the moulds before serving. Enjoy :) RECIPE NOTES: Crack an egg, beat it, then use 2 tablespoon (30 grams). You can use any M&M's you want, if miniatures you don't need to crush them. You can use any silicone mould you have on hand or even make one giant cookie or 4 smaller cookies as suggested by Sally's Baking addiction ... so many options :) RECIPE CARD: If you make it let me know! :)
