Starry-raspberry chocolate and Nutella tarts!

How much chocolate is too much chocolate?
We don't need to answer this question XD
These tarts are super-chocolatey and delicious and that's all you need to know.
Also, super easy to make as I'm gonna show you below.
Highly customisable too, since you can definitely fill them whatever you want to.
150g all purpose flour
--- VEGAN CHOCOLATE CREAM ---
50g milk *
11g corn starch*
1 + 1/2 Tbs brown sugar
30g dark chocolate
--- DECORATION ---
Star shaped honey cereal
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare your muffin tins.
In a bowl add Nutella, egg and all purpose flour (sifted!). Whisk them together with a fork and then, when it's starting to feel solid, just work it quickly with your hands and form a ball.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces (Tip: if you use your scale you can make them all the same weight and cook them evenly) and press them down in your muffin tin to create the mini tarts crust.
Place them in the oven and bake them for about 15 minutes (you don't want them to be dry so watch out because they cook very quickly).
Let them cool completely while you prepare the filling.
In a small saucepan, pour sugar and corn starch and start mixing with a hand whisk. Gradually add milk and water, always whisking, until you get a smooth mixture.
Turn on the heat and stir it consistently over medium heat until you get a glossy and creamy consistency (it will take about 3 minutes).
Turn off the heat and add the dark chocolate (cut into pieces); stir quickly with the hand whisk and let it cool for a couple of minutes. *
Fill your tarts with the chocolate cream and garnish with star shaped cereal and raspberries!

You can use any kind of milk you want or even the same amount of water.
I haven't tried but I'm pretty sure you can use any starch you have on hand (potato, corn, wheat..).
If you don't use your chocolate cream immediately cover it with plastic wrap (making sure the plastic touch the cream) and place it in the fridge.
