Rainbow frozen yogurt bites with Sour Patch Kids cereal and fruit

Healthy and colourful? Yes you can! I don't think you actually need a recipe for this but anyway I'm sharing with you how I made these cute little bites :)


  • 170g greek yogurt *

  • Honey (optional) *

  • Green Bottom: Kiwi

  • Green Topping : Green Sour Patch Kids Cereal crumbles

  • Blue Bottom: Blueberries

  • Blue Topping : Blue Sour Patch Kids Cereal crumbles

  • Yellow Bottom : Banana

  • Yellow Topping: Yellow Sour Patch Kids Cereal crumbles

  • Orange Bottom: Dried Apricots

  • Orange Topping : Orange Sour Patch Kids Cereal crumbles

  • Pink Bottom: Raspberry Jam

  • Pink Topping : Pink Sour Patch Kids Cereal crumbles


  1. Prepare your mini-muffin tins (you can definitely use a normal size muffin tin but of course you end up with bigger bites).

  2. Slice bananas, and kiwis and fill the bottom with all the fruits and jam you prefer.

  3. Add greek yogurt.

  4. Top with cereal crumbles.

  5. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

  6. Enjoy :)


  • You can use any kind of yogurt you want of course :)

  • If you are using unsweetened greek yogurt you may want to add a bit of honey to make it more sweet.
