Rainbow banana popsicles

Updated: Mar 8, 2022

You know what they say:

"There is always money in the banana stand".

BUT, is there always a rainbow in the banana stand? Hell yes!!!!

I don't think you actually need a recipe to make these popsicles but anyway, if you want, you can read how I made them below.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium Banana

  • 50g dark chocolate

  • splash of coconut oil

  • Sour Patch Kids Cereal crumble

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Peel the banana and cut in half.

  2. Insert a popsicle stick inside each half and set aside.

  3. Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil on a double boiler.

  4. Cover each half banana with the melted chocolate using a teaspoon.

  5. Top the popsicle with cereal crumbles.

  6. Freeze for 1 hour.

  7. Enjoy :)

RECIPE NOTES:

  • You can use butter instead of coconut oil but then of course it won't be vegan anymore ;) or you can even omit it.

  • You can also store them in the fridge if you eat them right away, it won't be frozen but the chocolate will harden anyway.

RECIPE CARD:

If you make it let me know! :)
