Rainbow banana popsicles
Updated: Mar 8, 2022
You know what they say:
"There is always money in the banana stand".
BUT, is there always a rainbow in the banana stand? Hell yes!!!!
I don't think you actually need a recipe to make these popsicles but anyway, if you want, you can read how I made them below.
INGREDIENTS:
1 medium Banana
50g dark chocolate
splash of coconut oil
Sour Patch Kids Cereal crumble

DIRECTIONS:
Peel the banana and cut in half.
Insert a popsicle stick inside each half and set aside.
Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil on a double boiler.
Cover each half banana with the melted chocolate using a teaspoon.
Top the popsicle with cereal crumbles.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Enjoy :)

RECIPE NOTES:
You can use butter instead of coconut oil but then of course it won't be vegan anymore ;) or you can even omit it.
You can also store them in the fridge if you eat them right away, it won't be frozen but the chocolate will harden anyway.

If you make it let me know! :)
