Healthy Granola Cups
Updated: May 17, 2021
Here a very healthy and easy recipe that you can customise every way you want to: oat cups that you can fill with yogurt, jam, fruit, chocolate, spreads... It's a very popular recipe on the internet so I'm just sharing with you the one I chose to make and I hope you like it.

INGREDIENTS:
120g rolled oats
75g honey
1 medium overripe banana
cinnamon
pinch of salt
--- FILLING ---
Yogurt
Fresh fruit
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare your muffin pan with silicon moulds or paper cups.
In a bowl smash the banana until you get a very creamy puree.
Add rolled oats, honey, salt and cinnamon and mix with a rubber spatula until combined.
Divide the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin pan and with your hand press the bottom and the sides to create the cups.
Bake for about 20 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.
Let them cool completely and leave them empty until serving.
Fill with yogurt and top with fresh fruits or customise them whatever you want to.
Enjoy :)

RECIPE NOTES:
Do not store your cups filled otherwise they will absorb the moist and might fall apart.
You can store them in the fridge for a couple of day or freeze for a month or so.
