Greek yogurt & granola parfaits (5 ways!!)

Here a very easy, fresh and healthy idea for your summer breakfast and snacks!!!

You can make these parfaits with either homemade or store-bought granola but I suggest to make your own since it's so easy and healthier! (You can check out how I made my own here).

Also, you can make these treats the night before and then enjoy in the morning.. I really love these parfaits and I hope you will make them too :)




1) RAINBOW COCONUT PARFAIT:

  • 100g coconut greek yogurt

  • 50g homemade granola

  • gel food colouring ( violet, blue, green, yellow, pink)

  • Rainbow sour candy

2) BANANA BREAD PARFAIT:

  • 100g plain greek yogurt

  • 50g homemade granola

  • 1/2 banana

  • Almond butter

3) AFTER EIGHT PARFAIT:

  • 100g plain greek yogurt

  • 50g homemade granola

  • sugar free mint syrup

  • dark chocolate chips

  • mint leaves

4) MIXED BERRY PARFAIT:

  • 100g plain greek yogurt

  • 50g homemade granola

  • blueberry jam

  • mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)

5) NUTELLA RASPBERRY & COCONUT PARFAIT:

  • 100g coconut greek yogurt

  • 50g homemade granola

  • 20g Nutella

  • Raspberries

  • coconut flour
