This is probably the healthiest Kellogg’s cereal on the market since it’s only made of whole wheat but it’s also the most boring one.
They write on the box that it contains sugar naturally; I don’t know if it’s true but I’m pretty sure you cannot taste it -.-
I suggest you eat this cereal with flavoured yogurt or fruit or chocolate milk otherwise it will be completely tasteless.
